Welcome to Wenchi College of Agriculture and Applied Technology (WeCAAT)

Wenchi College of Agriculture and Applied Technology is a center of excellence in Agricultural Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ATVET). The College equips students with practical skills, entrepreneurial competencies, and technical knowledge in modern agriculture to meet Ghana’s evolving agri-sector needs.

WeCAAT integrates theory with hands-on training across core areas including Crop and Animal Production, Agribusiness Management, Non-Traditional Agriculture, Mechanisation, and Agro-processing.

Accredited by the Commission for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (CTVET) and operating under the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), the College offers HND, Diploma, and Certificate programmes designed to prepare graduates for leadership, innovation, and self-reliance in agriculture.

Our motto, “Where Emerging Technology in Farming is Taught Practically”, reflects our commitment to technology-driven, sustainable, and inclusive agricultural transformation.
