Admissions
Admission Procedures
New students are admitted every September through a computerized placement system managed by the Ghana Education Service (GES). This process ensures fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all applicants.
Admission is based on the Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E) results, conducted annually by the West African Examinations Council (W.A.E.C) for junior high school graduates across the country.
Entry forms for the B.E.C.E are obtained through junior high school headteachers, who liaise directly with W.A.E.C on behalf of students.
After the computerized placement, GES releases the admission list to the school. Successful applicants are notified, and the names are displayed on the school’s notice board for verification.
Foreign nationals and mature applicants may apply directly to the school and take an entrance examination or assessment organized by the Admissions Office.
Students transferring from other senior high or technical institutions can contact the school’s administration for guidance on transfer procedures and placement availability.
Upon admission, every student receives the school’s official prospectus outlining uniform requirements, materials, conduct expectations, and general school policies.
